What you'll do
- Provide scientific leadership across RWE, publications, and strategic medical communications work
- Act as the senior scientific partner to client therapy-area and medical affairs teams
- Shape the evidence-generation and scientific narrative strategy across accounts
- Mentor medical writers and junior scientific staff; build the next layer of scientific leadership
What we're looking for
- PhD or equivalent in a life sciences discipline, plus substantial medical comms agency experience
- A track record of leading scientific strategy at pace across multiple therapy areas
- Comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on scientific review
- Genuine interest in how scientific work can be turned into solutions that reduce friction for clients
